Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Stone & Marble Fit-Out (Hotel & Casino Project) Work From Home (Remote Setup) We are urgently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in stone and marble fit-out works for large-scale hotel and casino projects . Immediate joiners only. Do not apply if currently employed. Key Requirements: Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong hands-on experience in stone and marble fit-out works (hotel & casino projects is a must) Overseas project experience is required Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel Strong background in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, variation claims, and cost control Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection Must have a high-performance computer (with high RAM capacity) suitable for handling large drawings and estimating software Able to work independently in a remote environment Must be available to join immediately Responsibilities: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for stone and marble works Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents Prepare and evaluate variations and claims Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance Coordinate remotely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
