The company operates with a strong focus on product quality, operational efficiency, and performance-driven growth across digital channels. ✍ Short Description We’re hiring a Senior Brand Identity Designer to lead a comprehensive brand refresh. This role goes beyond logo design—you will define the full brand system, ensuring it works seamlessly across print, packaging, and a new digital storefront. We’re looking for a systems thinker who can translate physical craftsmanship into a cohesive, high-performance digital brand identity. 💰 Compensation: Competitive USD (based on experience) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) 📌 Location: 100% Remote (aligned within 3 hours of PST) 😀 Start Date: ASAP. 📝 Contract Type: Project-based role with potential for long-term extension based on performance and business needs. 🤔 What We Offer High-impact brand transformation project Collaboration with engineering and leadership teams Clear scope focused on building a scalable identity system 💼 Responsibilities Lead Brand Strategy & Discovery , defining the brand’s core identity and audience segments (e.g., traditional framers vs. modern gallery owners) Design a complete Visual Identity System , including primary and secondary logos, simplified icon sets (favicons, mobile UI), and a structured typography system Develop a thoughtful Color Architecture that works across industrial printing (packaging, truck wraps, invoices) and accessible digital interfaces Produce a full asset library in developer-friendly formats (SVG, WebP, etc.) and create a concise Brand Bible for future scaling Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure seamless integration into a new Nuxt.js storefront ✅ Qualifications Proven experience building complete brand identity systems from the ground up (not just standalone logos) Strong portfolio demonstrating typography systems, spacing logic, and multi-channel brand application Experience with B2B, e-commerce, industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain brands is a strong plus Comfortable working in Figma and understands modern web development constraints (scalable vectors, responsive-friendly design systems) Can collaborate with developers and design things that actually work in code 🎯 Preferred Qualifications Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams Understanding of accessibility principles in digital design Experience working on brand refreshes during digital transformations 🚀 Ready to build a scalable brand identity that bridges craftsmanship and modern digital systems?
