You will focus on corporate functions ensuring that the talent pipeline matches the high standards of a world-class global leader. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle US Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for US-based corporate roles. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to find top-tier talent in the US market. Internal Profiling: Manage recruitment for internal corporate positions, aligning technical skills with the brand’s unique culture. Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic consultant for US-based hiring managers, providing market data and talent insights. Communication: Maintain flawless verbal and written communication in English across all platforms. Required Qualifications Market Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience recruiting specifically for the US Market. Profile Expertise: Strong background in hiring corporate profiles (Finance, Marketing, HR). Language Proficiency: Advanced English. You must be comfortable leading complex conversations and negotiations in English. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders at a global level.
