Candidates gain hands-on exposure to hospitality operations while developing professional service and workplace skills. Job Description Provide operational support within a hospitality environment while gaining experience in guest services, hotel operations, and customer service. This placement allows candidates to observe hospitality standards and participate in day-to-day operational activities. Duties may include Assisting front office or guest services teams Supporting restaurant, banqueting, or service operations Assisting with guest enquiries and service requests Supporting administrative or operational hospitality tasks Observing hospitality service standards and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Basic English communication skills Professional attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team environment Benefits International hospitality experience Practical workplace exposure Skills development in customer service and operations Structured support through the GIP+ programme
