Early Years Educator – Pre-School Location: Dublin, County Dublin Contract: Permanent / Fixed-term (depending on profile) Salary: €34,320 – €38,480 per annum Sector: Early Years / Childcare / Education From The Door Talent , we are recruiting an Early Years Educator to join a well-established early years service in Dublin, working within a Pre-School setting that prioritises high-quality, child-centred education and a warm, inclusive environment. The Role As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting childrens development through a high-quality curriculum , aligned with Irish early years frameworks and regulations. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of a child-centred, play-based curriculum . Ensure full compliance with Irish Early Years regulations and policies . Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues . Contribute positively to teamwork and the day-to-day running of the service . Promote childrens wellbeing, learning and development at all times. Requirements Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare , recognised by DCEDIY (essential). Previous experience working in early years settings in Ireland . Strong knowledge of: Aistear Síolta Tusla regulations Excellent spoken and written English . Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
