Your Role Main Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies. Support Channels: Provide assistance via phone and email in both Polish and English. Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate toll and revenue collection and handle debt-related communication. Consultative Service: Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage, regulations, and service sales where applicable. Operational Goals: Contribute to the achievement of the company's operational and revenue objectives. Information Management: Manage and update customer information accurately within internal systems. Your Qualifications Languages: Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) with a good command of English . Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required, ideally within the transport, logistics, or service industry. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Professionalism: Capable of handling sensitive customer information with high integrity and professionalism. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and internal software platforms. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.
