Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist – German Speaker Introduction A leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy is seeking a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their hub in Lisbon, Portugal . In this role, you will work closely with high-value advertising customers to enhance their online presence through sophisticated campaign management and data-driven strategies. This position offers a hybrid work model , combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration of a modern office environment. Your Role Campaign Implementation: Build and optimize advertising campaigns for high-value clients across Search, Mobile, and Video networks. Strategy Development: Create comprehensive keyword packs, manage bids, and provide budget suggestions to maximize ROI. Data Analysis: Gather and analyze account-level and campaign-level data to identify trends and performance gaps. Reporting: Generate detailed reports to support optimization strategies and align with customer business goals. Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify sales and growth opportunities within existing accounts. Process Innovation: Maintain a deep understanding of departmental policies while identifying areas for operational improvement and adaptation. Your Qualifications Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in German and a strong command of English (B2 level minimum). Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment. Technical Skills: Active experience with online advertising applications (e.g., Google Ads/AdWords). Being AdWords Search Fundamentals certified is a significant advantage. IT Literacy: Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to process large amounts of product information. Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, technologically savvy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
