Join our team as a Content Moderator on a cutting-edge multiplayer virtual platform. In this role, youll help maintain a positive, respectful, and safe digital environment by reviewing user-generated content and enforcing community guidelines. You will play a key role in identifying inappropriate interactions, moderating sensitive content, and supporting the integrity of our immersive platform. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards. Investigate and act on user reports of abuse, harassment, and other policy violations. Assess interpersonal interactions for appropriateness (polite vs. offensive, dismissive, or attacking behavior). Identify age-appropriate content and recognize restricted or prohibited items (alcohol, drugs, sexual content, etc.). Flag profane gestures, sexually suggestive interactions, and graphic content. Collaborate with internal teams to update policies and protocols based on trends in user behavior.
