B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist (Arabic Market)

Key Responsibilities Take an active role from day one in improving service quality and advertiser experience Handle end-to-end advertiser support cases via email and chat Troubleshoot product, technical, and policy-related issues Collaborate closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams Own customer cases and ensure timely resolution Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through high-quality service Ensure adherence to SLAs while maintaining strong productivity Support advertisers with best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and performance Mandatory Requirements Fluent Arabic (native-level) and English B2 Proven knowledge and hands-on experience working with a range of KPIs Experience in Marketing Analytics Degree in Marketing or a related field Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Previous experience in a Contact Center or AdTech environment Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team EU Citizenship, Full-purpose or Specific-purpose work permit card, or Certificate of Protection (refugees) is required Working Schedule Shift-based schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–19:00, with two rotating days off Compensation & Benefits Base salary: €920 gross/month (14 payments) Complexity bonus: €40 gross/month (11 payments) Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (paid monthly), free after 6 months Relocation & Accommodation (for candidates relocating from outside Portugal): Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months Stable contract with potential for extension Supportive onboarding and continuous training Why Join Us Gain hands-on experience in B2B Digital Advertising and AdTech Work in a multicultural, international environment Build a long-term career in Digital Marketing, Ad Operations, or Customer Success Work in Lisbon — one of Europes most attractive cities for international professionals Interested?
