Senior Frontend Developer

Are you passionate about creating beautiful, functional web applications? Mediaflow is looking for a self-driven frontend developer ready to take ownership and help us build products that streamline media workflows for hundreds of organizations. ABOUT US Mediaflow is a Swedish SaaS company with around 60 employees. We provide a digital platform for managing images, videos, and brand assets, helping marketing and communications teams work more efficiently. With over 1000 clients in Sweden, we are now expanding into new markets in Germany and Norway. We're headquartered in Gothenburg and Uppsala, and offer a collaborative and development-focused environment. THE ROLE As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a central role in shaping and evolving the frontend of our web applications. You’ll work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers, and have a direct impact on how our users experience our products. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, can work independently, and thrives in a product-focused environment. You’ll take part in technical decisions, write scalable and maintainable code, and help us evaluate and adopt new technologies where relevant. THE TEAM You’ll join a dedicated and experienced development team where collaboration and code quality are key. We work iteratively, conduct regular code reviews, and have built a team culture focused on continuous learning and knowledge sharing. QUALIFICATIONS Must-have: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience working with Web Components (preferably Lit) Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your work Experience working with APIs and browser compatibility challenges Proficiency with Git Fluent in English (written and spoken) Nice-to-have: It’s a plus if you have experience implementing pixel-perfect designs and optimizing frontend performance, and if you have a keen interest in UX or design. Familiarity with Figma is also beneficial.
