A well-established construction and maintenance contractor delivering refurbishment and maintenance works for Housing Associations and MoD properties across London, Kent and the South East is looking to recruit a reliable Multi-Trader to join the team. This is a hands-on role working on void properties and refurbishment programmes within MoD and Housing Association portfolios, with a consistent pipeline of work and opportunities for paid overtime. Locations Covered Work is delivered across the following areas: Folkestone, Dover, Brompton, Maidstone, Woolwich, Croydon, Colliers Wood, Greenwich, Mitcham, Wallington Working Hours 08:00 to 16:00 Weekend work may be required depending on business needs Approved overtime paid at 1.5x Type of Work Void works for MoD and Housing Association properties Refurb works for MoD properties Requirements Applicants must have: CSCS card Full UK driving licence Clean DBS (essential deal breaker) Proven multi-skilled maintenance / refurbishment experience and a can-do attitude Ability to work professionally in and around residential settings, meeting quality and compliance standards Whats On Offer Steady, long-term programme work across an established patch Clear working hours with paid overtime when approved A role within a contractor focused on refurbishment and maintenance delivery for public-sector style clients Apply If you meet the requirements (especially clean DBS), apply with your CV and brief overview of your trade strengths.
