Human Resource Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven Human Resource Associate to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee data, managing compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and data-driven. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with HRIS, and experienced in payroll-related computations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage employee records using HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including system encoding and documentation Assist in the computation, administration, and monitoring of employee compensation and benefits Ensure accurate processing of statutory benefits and government-mandated contributions Generate HR reports from HRIS to support payroll, audits, and management decisions Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR records Support performance evaluation and salary adjustment documentation Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal controls Coordinate training, employee relations, and HR initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2–3 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to HRIS and payroll-related processes Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, including computations Familiarity with labor laws, statutory benefits, and compliance requirements High attention to detail and strong data management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS platforms Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Interest in health and wellness is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and skills development A collaborative and supportive work environment The opportunity to contribute to a people-focused and growing organization If you are highly analytical, systems-oriented, and experienced in HRIS and compensation administration, we invite you to join Anytime Fitness and grow with our team.
