The company looking for Account Officer (GL) to ensure accurate financial records, support accounting operations, and maintain compliance. Job Description: Manage and maintain the general ledger (GL), ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions. Perform accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Prepare financial reports, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, and HR) to support financial processes and resolve discrepancies. Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing or EMS industry. Proficient in ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, IFS) and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
