IT Support Specialist (Nueva Ecija | Hybrid)

Role: Tier 3 Support Specialist (Nueva Ecija | Hybrid) Setup: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (flexible); night shift / 24x7 rotation. Timeline: Hiring for a late February or early March start. Candidate Profile: * Degree in IT or equivalent senior-level experience. 5+ years in Linux administration and high-level IT support. Must possess a personal remote work setup (PC and backup internet). Background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a plus. Technical Expertise: Systems: Advanced Linux/Windows Server setup, hardening (SELinux), and security best practices. Virtualization/Cloud: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and Azure. Automation: Scripting and Ansible. Apps: Microsoft 365, SQL, SharePoint, and Local Exchange. Primary Duties: Escalation Leadership: Resolve the most complex server and network issues escalated from lower tiers. Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain systems and networking hardware. Proactive Maintenance: Perform system audits, patch management, and hardware/software upgrade recommendations. Compliance & Documentation: Strictly follow SOPs, manage on-call rotations, and build internal knowledge bases. Collaboration: Support project migrations and cross-team upgrades.
