Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The role involves managing multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of system implementations, integrations, and business-driven IT solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate IT deliveries across multiple parallel workstreams Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to steering committees Manage scope, requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment Ensure successful system implementations and integrations Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests Secure quality assurance and smooth handover to operations Collaborate closely with business representatives, IT architects, product owners, and vendors Drive projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies ✅ Required Qualifications Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in complex organizations Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects Strong understanding of the interaction between business and IT Experience leading development teams and integration projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in Agile environments Fluent in Swedish and English ⭐ Meritorious Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Experience within logistics, procurement, maintenance, or industrial environments Experience in transformation or change management programs Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent 👤 Personal Attributes Structured and results-driven Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust Proactive and solution-oriented Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
