Operations Coordinator Salary: $1,800–$2,500 USD/month + Commissions + bi-annual performance bonuses Location: Fully remote (LATAM only) Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Mountain Time (U.S.) | 8 hs + 1-hour daily lunch break We’re looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and proactive Operations Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at our strategy and executive consulting firm that helps 6–8 figure brands scale profitably and sanely . This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing order to moving parts, enjoys learning new tools, and gets genuine satisfaction from making things work better. You’ll support the founder directly, help with client projects, and play a real role in how the business operates day to day. If you’re the kind of person who spots gaps, thinks “there has to be a better way,” and then actually builds it—this will feel like home. What You’ll Do Founder & Business Support Support the founder with day-to-day execution, follow-ups, scheduling, and task coordination Reach out to potential clients, partners, or vendors when needed Keep track of open items so deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables don’t slip through the cracks Help organize internal documents, systems, and workflows so things stay clean and easy to find Operations & Systems Document internal processes and turn them into clear, usable SOPs Spot inefficiencies and help improve or automate workflows Help set up, manage, and maintain tools and platforms Support the business as it grows by keeping systems organized and scalable Consulting & Client Project Support Assist with client work through research (software, tools, platforms, competitors, pricing, etc.) Prepare summaries, internal notes, and documentation for client projects Organize client files, reports, and deliverables Coordinate timelines and follow-ups to keep projects moving smoothly Vendor & Communication Management Manage communication with vendors, contractors, and partners Follow up on deliverables and help keep everyone aligned Compile and send internal or client-facing reports Maintain clear records of vendor communication and outcomes What You’ve Got B2B experience, ideally in consulting, professional services, or agency environments Comfort working in small teams where everyone pitches in Strong tech skills—you pick up new tools quickly and aren’t intimidated by systems A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what needs fixing Strong Plus (Nice to Have, Not Required) Previous experience in a consulting environment Experience supporting founders, partners, or senior consultants Background in operations, project coordination, or client delivery Experience creating SOPs, documentation, or internal playbooks Perks & Growth Fully remote with a clear, defined workday 8-hour workday including a 1-hour lunch Opportunity to grow into a full-time role if desired as the company scales Performance bonuses, including $50 for every new client that comes through outreach you manage Direct access to the founder and real influence on how the business runs Exposure to high-level work across finance, operations, and strategy Autonomy, trust, and huge room to grow, without micromanagement Local country holidays off 6 paid sick days 10 days of PTO Bi-annual performance bonuses Why People Like Working Here We value clarity over chaos, initiative over overwork, and doing things well over doing everything.
