Customer Service Specialist (French-speaking) | On-site | Porto

We are recruiting a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Porto. This is a client-facing role within a dynamic environment, ideally suited for someone with a background in customer service and a passion for delivering high-quality support, preferably with experience in the travel industry. About the Role You will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include: Handling customer enquiries across multiple communication channels in French and English Providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Adapting to a dynamic environment while consistently meeting quality and productivity standards Accurately documenting interactions and following established procedures Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary What We Are Looking For Native or proficient in French — mandatory Advanced English (C1 level), written and spoken — mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role — mandatory Experience within the travel industry is strongly preferred High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) — mandatory Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Required Documentation: EU ID / Citizen Card Residence Permit Manifestação de Interesse Type D Visa + NIF What Is on Offer Salary per 14 months Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day (net) Welcome Bonus: 280€ paid in 12 monthly instalments throughout the first year* Health Insurance from day 1 — free after 6 months of contract On-site position based in Porto, Portugal Start date: 12 March 2026 Schedule: Full-time position Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 Days off: Saturday and Sunday
