Detailed Responsibilities Advanced Practical Support: Setting up complex apparatus for A-Level Physics, including oscilloscopes and radioactive source handling (training provided). Innovation: Working with teachers to trial new practical activities and suggesting improvements to existing experiments. Liaison: Working with the IT and Site teams to ensure that data loggers and gas/water supplies in the labs are fully functional. Training: Providing inductions for new teaching staff and ECTs on the use of departmental equipment and local safety protocols.
