Our client is seeking a professional Receptionist / Administrator to join a busy secondary school in London . This is a full-time role starting in April 2026 , providing front-of-house and administrative support. Reception/Admin role on a full-time basis Key front-facing role within the school Friendly and professional office team Supportive leadership structure The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, while also supporting key administrative functions within the school office. Key Responsibilities • Managing the school reception and greeting visitors • Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries • Supporting attendance and pupil records • Managing emails, correspondence, and data entry • Ensuring safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed • Providing general administrative support Experience and Qualifications • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred • Strong communication and organisational skills • Confident IT skills (school systems desirable) • Calm, professional, and approachable manner • Legal right to work in the UK School Information This London secondary school has a strong community ethos and places great value on its office and support staff.
