Regional Manager Nordic Inbound – Finland, Denmark and Norway (Maternity Cover)

Join our Inbound High School team and shape life-changing exchange experiences across Finland, Denmark and Norway. Based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, with at least three days per week in the office, you will lead our high school exchange programs in these markets. Your focus is to ensure every student is placed on time, properly supported, and welcomed into strong local communities. This is a fixed-term maternity cover and a true leadership role with real responsibility and ownership from day one—you will guide operations, strengthen them, and leave your mark during your time with us. If you enjoy autonomy, accountability, and building something that works beautifully, this could be your next step. What you will do Partner closely with Admissions to ensure a seamless transition from enrolment to placement and program delivery. Oversee the full placement pipeline, ensuring students are placed on time in approved host families and schools that meet Educatius standards. Lead, coach, and support a network of Local Coordinators, building a motivated and professional regional team. Oversee student welfare cases and host family concerns with calm leadership and sound judgment. Drive host family recruitment and retention together with your network and marketing support. Maintain strong operational control, including CRM accuracy, placement progress tracking, and clear reporting. Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure consistent quality across programs. Represent Educatius at events and partner meetings across the Nordics. What you will bring Rather than a long list of demands, let us ask a few questions: Have you worked in high school exchange, study abroad, or similar international programs for several years? Have you led people or managed distributed teams and felt comfortable taking responsibility? Are you confident making decisions when situations are complex or sensitive? Do you balance structure with empathy when working with students, families, and colleagues? Do you speak English at an excellent professional level, and ideally Finnish or Danish as well? Are you comfortable being office-based in Stockholm or Gothenburg at least three days per week? Have you lived, studied, or worked abroad yourself and remember what that experience meant? If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. What we offer A genuine leadership role with autonomy and responsibility. A hybrid working model with meaningful collaboration days in the office. An international environment where English is our working language and cross-border teamwork is part of daily life. Travel opportunities across the Nordics and Europe. A supportive and mission-driven team that takes student welfare seriously and supports each other when things get intense. Although this is a fixed-term maternity cover, it is a significant leadership opportunity within a growing international organization and a chance to expand your experience and network. Practical information Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg, minimum three office days per week. Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover, full time, with probation period. If you are currently in a good role but curious about stepping into a regional leadership position with real impact, we would love your application. Let us start the conversation. 🌍
