SAP Financial Consolidation administrator This is your mission Are you passionate about financial systems, data quality, and supporting business users in critical reporting periods? Then this position is for you. As a SAP Financial Consolidation administrator , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and providing level 1 functional support to users, especially during quarterly closings, within our ecosystem. Build side: Participate in the continuous improvement of the Financial Consolidation tool and its processes Contribute to enhancements of the data model to better meet evolving user needs Collaborate with consolidation, management accounting, and IT teams to optimize system usage Support the implementation of process improvements within the financial consolidation environment Enrich and maintain technical and functional documentation Contribute to the evolution of data architecture and integration flows with ERPs and data warehouses Apply financial and IFRS knowledge to refine consolidation configurations Run side: Ensure smooth quarterly closings from a functional administration perspective Create and manage data entry environments Configure and manage consolidation environments (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions) Administer the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, data access groups) Provide level 1 support to users (credentials management, resolving blocking controls, first-line troubleshooting) Monitor the application via the administration console Ensure proper data transfers between the consolidation tool and other applications (ERP, data warehouses) Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of financial data This is your background You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in demanding financial systems or consolidation environments. You enjoy working at the intersection of finance and IT and are constantly looking to improve processes and data quality. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where financial expertise goes hand in hand with collaboration and technology. This is your career path. You have built solid experience in financial consolidation, accounting systems, or EPM tools, and you are eager to deepen your expertise in financial data management and system administration. You aim to grow in a cross-functional environment, strengthening both your financial business knowledge (including IFRS standards) and your information systems expertise. This is your expertise: Financial and accounting knowledge, including basic consolidation principles Basic knowledge of IFRS standards Strong interest in information systems and data modelling Knowledge of database architecture concepts Experience with EPM and consolidation tools such as SAP Financial Consolidation (SAP FC), Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, Tagetik (nice to have) Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Interest or experience in data tools (SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku) This is how you work as part of a team: Strong collaboration and organizational skills Ability to synthesize information and communicate key messages clearly Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset Ability to work closely with finance, consolidation, and IT teams Proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset Language Skills French - C1 English - C1 This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
