Guest Relation Officer_Maldives

The Palace Company is seeking a Guest Relations Officer for the Baglioni Maldives Luxury All‑Inclusive Resort. Our mission is to create unforgettable stays with meticulous care and authentic Italian luxury. Main Responsibilities: Oversee guest arrival and departure in line with luxury hospitality standards; Deliver seamless, personalized service and manage guest requests across all channels; Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure tailored pre‑arrival and on‑property experiences; Anticipate and exceed guest expectations to ensure a refined, memorable stay; Handle guest accounts and financial transactions accurately and in compliance with policies; Collaborate across departments, uphold brand standards, and support operational excellence. Requirements: Proven experience in Guest Relations, ideally in luxury hotels or resorts; Strong knowledge of needs‑assessment methods and guest satisfaction evaluation; Excellent English and Italian, additional languages are a plus; Proficiency with moderately complex computer systems and accurate data management; Flexibility with schedules and operational demands; Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy under pressure. 📍 Location: MALDIVES “The job offer refers to both gender in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 903/77 and Legislative Decree 125/91”
