Material Handler

Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and accurate handling of materials within the warehouse environment. This position is in Asheboro, NC. This position does require previous at least 3 years of forklift experience. MUST HAVE RF SCANNER EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT POSITIONS AVAILABLE. Duties Moving stock around the Shipping department with a forklift Helping with labels Load and unload materials from trucks and containers efficiently and safely. Maintain an organized warehouse space by properly storing materials and keeping work areas clean. Collaborate with the shipping lead. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is required Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts. HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH A FORKLIFT Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling materials. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to safety practices within the warehouse is essential.
