Microwave (MW) Planning Engineer

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a well-established organisation delivering large-scale transmission networks, seeking an experienced professional to support microwave transmission planning and optimisation activities. Job Description Hands-on experience with transmission planning tools (Pathloss / iRiver) Ability to plan, design, and optimise transmission networks, including MW link level planning, radio frequency planning, capacity & topology planning, and interference analysis Ability to evaluate the existing network for capacity expansion Ability to verify technical site surveys and line-of-sight surveys To communicate with customers and to propose a suitable solution based on requirements Strong hands-on experience with Telecom Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor equipment Qualification & Experience Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Microwave Transmission Planning Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, and Computer Science.
