Maintenance Manager – Nursery Operations

A leading South African forestry and vegetable plant nursery, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead vehicle, machinery, and infrastructure maintenance at our KwaZulu-Natal operation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain nursery vehicles, machinery, and equipment Oversee workshop operations, tools, and maintenance staff Provide technical support to South Africa clients (KZN) Fabricate nursery equipment and manage construction projects Implement and maintain ISO 9001 maintenance systems Requirements: Strong mechanical and practical maintenance background Welding, plumbing, building, or vehicle experience advantageous Organised, reliable, and solutions-driven Fluent in English and isiZulu Computer literate
