Implementation Supervisor

Implementation Supervisor contract opportunity with our client in Louisville, KY. The Implementation Supervisor supports Helix Migration projects, including single and multi-site implementations across multiple products and services. This role focuses on the business-side of project management, ensuring successful solution migrations that meet both customer and company needs. The Implementation Supervisor analyzes customer solutions, participates in solution migrations, and develops project-specific implementation models, including deployment planning, scheduling of phases, communication strategies, user acceptance training, project tracking, reporting, and post-implementation audits. This position manages cross-functional implementation teams, provides ongoing analysis of project outcomes, and contributes to continuous process improvement through lessons learned, templates, and weekly status reporting. Responsibilities Lead business-side implementation of single- and multi-site migrations. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations. Develop and execute implementation plans, including scheduling, communications, and user acceptance training. Serve as primary point of contact for client communications throughout the migration lifecycle. Conduct post-implementation audits and provide recommendations for process improvement. Maintain project documentation, reporting templates, and lessons learned. Travel domestically to customer sites as needed to support account migrations. Requirements PMP Certification required Proven experience managing business-focused implementations or migrations (IT experience is secondary, not required). Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive customer and company information. Willingness to travel domestically as required. $45-$50 an hour
