B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist (BR Portuguese)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Languages: Brazilian Portuguese C1 | English B2 Start Date: 19/March/26 Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension) About the Role Are you passionate about digital advertising, paid campaigns, and customer experience? In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for advertisers—supporting them with product troubleshooting, campaign-related inquiries, and platform optimization. This position offers strong exposure to AdTech, Digital Marketing, and B2B Customer Success, making it an excellent step for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and advertiser support cases across email and chat channels Own customer cases and drive resolution by collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related questions Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service quality throughout the entire case journey Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates at every customer touchpoint Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivity Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on: Advertising product features Common issue types Best practices for campaign success Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who combine digital marketing knowledge with a strong customer-centric mindset. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in paid campaign management Degree in Marketing or a related field Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a good understanding of digital advertising fundamentals Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Working Schedule Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00 Rotating shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 2 rotating days off Future Schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday Compensation & Benefits Salary Package: Base Salary: €920.00 gross/month (paid in 14 months) Complexity Bonus: €40.00 gross/month (paid in 11 months) Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (monthly payment) Free after 6 months of contract Enrollment requires a valid NIF and NISS Why Join Us?
