Responsibilities Customer Consultations: Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and detailed sizing across a wide range of retail categories. Order Management: Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges with precision. Technical Assistance: Support users with digital platform navigation, account management, and secure payment processing. Problem Resolution: Resolve service-related concerns with a professional and helpful approach, ensuring a positive brand experience and high customer loyalty. Requirements Native or C2-level Dutch and professional proficiency in English. Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note that non-EU residence permits from other countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece). A professional, organized, and customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer success is a strong advantage.
