Responsibilities Technical Troubleshooting: Assist Danish-speaking subscribers with issues related to playback quality, account connectivity, and device compatibility across various platforms (Smart TVs, consoles, and mobile). Subscription Management: Handle inquiries regarding billing, membership tiers, and payment processing with precision and professionalism. Content Guidance: Provide expert information on library features, localized content availability, and platform navigation. Service Excellence: Maintain high satisfaction levels by delivering efficient, solution-oriented support through chat, email, and phone. Requirements Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English. Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note that non-EU residence permits from other countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece). A professional interest in digital media, streaming technology, and consumer electronics. Excellent communication skills and a patient, helpful approach to problem-solving.
