Pricing Master Data Specialist | Shared Services

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift; Onsite Location: BGC, Taguig Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain pricing master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls and SOX requirements Execute price file uploads and updates in SAP or other applicable systems Partner with global stakeholders to promote alignment and support for Pricing Master Data Management, Order-to-Cash processes, and Shared Services initiatives Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reinforce controls Prepare, analyze, and report on pricing data Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate pricing policies Communicate effectively with cross-regional stakeholders to address issues, provide updates, and support informed decision-making Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in pricing or pricing data management Proven experience working with global stakeholders Strong knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, and regulatory standards Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI Strong written and verbal communication skills Background in process improvement initiatives is an advantage
