Production Planner (Pharmaceutical manufacturer)

*Urgent hiring* Location: West Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm) AWS + Vb Responsibilities: Responsible for overall production planning, coordination, scheduling, and dispatching for the manufacturing of moulds, SFG, and FG. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets. Work closely with cross-departmental teams to maximize productivity and yield. Analyze trends and data to anticipate future challenges and proactively make adjustments to avoid delays. Oversee SFG replenishment based on the reorder point policy for each product type, selecting the optimum lot size to minimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence. Participate in the company’s digital transformation journey to implement production planning and scheduling software and automate processes. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in production planning and scheduling, in high volume mass production environment. Well-versed in production planning using Excel. Demonstrated sense of urgency and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and solving problems. Knowledge of ISO 13485 is and added advantage.
