Company Overview: A well-regarded manufacturing company specializing in precision engineering and electronic products, this firm serves clients across multiple industries. Known for its commitment to quality and operational excellence, they are looking for a Procurement Executive Key Responsibilities Execute procurement of direct materials (raw materials, components) and indirect materials (MRO, services) to meet production requirements. Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and overseas suppliers . Request quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings and favorable delivery schedules. Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) , monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any issues related to delays or quality. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure material specifications and quality standards are met. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and pricing information in the companys ERP system . Participate in cost optimization , supply chain improvement, and continuous improvement projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and relevant regulations. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering , or related field. 2–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, electronics, or injection molding industries. Knowledge of BOM, MRP, and procurement processes . Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills . Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external suppliers. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel . Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Good command of English ; ability to communicate with overseas suppliers is a plus.
