This role combines paid advertising knowledge with strong customer support and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Support clients with paid advertising campaigns and related inquiries Asist with campaign setup, performance questions, and basic troubleshooting Provide guidance on social media platforms and digital advertising tools Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat Follow defined processes while meeting quality and productivity KPIs Collaborate with internal teams to resolve campaign or technical issues Requirements Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory) Degree in Marketing or a related field Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation Base salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months Complexity bonus: €60 × 11 months Working Hours & Shifts Initial phase (12-hour coverage): Monday–Sunday | 07:00–19:00 Two shifts: 07:00–16:00 10:00–19:00 Later phase (to be confirmed by the client): 24/7 operation, Monday–Sunday Rotative shifts 2 rotative days off
