Schools in this area support pupils with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs , often linked to trauma, mental health challenges, or unmet SEN. The Role As a Behaviour Mentor in Camden, you will work closely with pupils who find it difficult to regulate emotions or behaviour in school. Many pupils require high levels of consistency, clear boundaries, and emotional support to remain engaged in education. You may support pupils on a 1:1 basis , within small intervention groups , or across classrooms. Some roles involve working in alternative provision settings , where behaviour support and relationship-building are central to pupil success.
