Wiring & Harness Designer Gothenburg

Develop and document wiring harness and power cable components (wires, cables, connectors, passives, brackets, and cable channels). Develop wiring and harnesses based on received requirements and using CAD tools. Design technical solutions, identify improvements, and propose new technical solutions. Make decisions on small and large adjustments and propose new technical solutions. Responsibility for the wiring harness product structure. Control technical release. On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience. - Supporting junior team members and peers Qualifications likely required to be successful: • Electrical/mechanical degree holder • Knowledge of EMC, electrical system design, electrical schematics • Comfortable working in both 2D and 3D, as well as hands-on. • Skills in System Weaver, Microsoft Visio, and Creo PTC are meritorious.
