Location: Athens, Greece Work Model: On-site or Remote (depending on project and eligibility) Starting Dates: Various (December 2025 February 2026) Languages Needed: German + English Dutch + English French + English Croatian + English About the Role We are looking for motivated Customer Support Specialists to join our clients international team in Athens. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, chat, or email, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Depending on the project, work may be on-site or remote after an initial period based on performance and operational needs. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries in your native/support language and English Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction Follow standard procedures and meet performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams when needed Maintain professionalism and quality standards across all communication channels Requirements EU citizenship or Residence Card with Full Market Access Fluency in required languages (German/Dutch/French/Croatian) + English Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in rotating shifts For remote roles: stable and fast internet connection Salary & Benefits 14 salaries per year (12 monthly + Easter + split Summer/Christmas bonus) 25 days annual leave Private Health & Life Insurance Performance bonus (based on project criteria) 50 monthly meal voucher for all projects Relocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad) - 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office - Relocation support (paid with first salary) - Legal assistance for required hiring documents - Support during onboarding Work Conditions 40h/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) Schedules vary by project (e.g., 08:00-00:00 or 10:00-19:30) Remote work possible only after 90 days and based on metrics & reliability in Greece How to Apply If you speak one of the required languages and are ready to join an international team in Athens, please send your CV in English to irem.celik@cbtalents.org We will contact shortlisted candidates for the next steps.
