Turkish-speaking Customer Support Representative

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, or live chat, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in Turkish (and English when required) via phone, email, or chat Assist with product information, orders, billing, technical support, or troubleshooting Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide accurate information in a timely manner Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments Record customer interactions and follow communication procedures Follow company policies and quality standards Requirements: Fluency in Turkish -native (written and spoken) Good level of English (B2 or above) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems Problem-solving attitude and a customer-centric mindset Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonuses Paid training and development opportunities Health insurance and other perks Multicultural, international work environment Opportunity to grow within the company
