Senior SMT Engineer

Salary Range: VND 30–35 million (excluding OT) Location: Hai Duong KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, coach, and develop SMT/AI technicians to strengthen technical capability and ensure consistent team performance. Manage day-to-day operations of SMT/AI production lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality. Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) evaluations, design stencils and fixtures, and prepare machine programs for new product or project introductions. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities, maintaining accurate and complete documentation for all SMT/AI equipment. Develop and standardize operating procedures, and support the training of operators to improve process stability and consistency. Lead monthly productivity and quality improvement initiatives to enhance output performance and defect reduction. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and workplace standards within SMT/AI production areas. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in SMT/AI engineering within PCB or PCBA manufacturing environments. Strong technical knowledge of SMT/AI processes, equipment, and production workflows. Working proficiency in English for technical communication. Proactive, energetic, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Effective communicator with proven problem-solving abilities and hands-on team leadership skills. WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Competitive salary with housing allowance. Overtime allowance ranging from VND 5–6 million per month. 13th-month salary. Full social insurance based on gross salary. Annual leave: 12 days per year.
