In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our DACH-region clients, helping them navigate the complexities of digital security while you enjoy the high quality of life that Greece offers—from the vibrant city life of Athens to the beautiful Mediterranean coastline. Responsibilities Technical Support: Resolve German-speaking user inquiries regarding malware, encryption software, and identity protection. Consultation: Guide B2B and B2C clients through the installation and optimal configuration of security suites. Incident Management: Document technical vulnerabilities and escalate high-priority security threats to the global engineering team. Requirements Native or C2-level German and professional English. Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. A strong interest in IT security, network privacy, and digital troubleshooting.
