Trade Compliance Specialist

Industry: Computer Printer Manufacturing Location: Alexandra Road Basic + Allowance + AWS + VB Responsibilities: Ensure all trade compliance, regulations, and chemical status are updated and followed to achieve zero incidents. Develop customized reports and dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility. Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends. Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly and on time. Ensure that all SCM regulations, processes, and workflows are up to date. Establish, implement, and provide SEC defined corporate compliance training. Facilitate STC/BCP audit process in partnering with regional ESCs management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures. Skill Competencies: Strong trade compliance, regulatory experience and understanding within ASEAN and Pakistan regulatory organizations. Strong analytical skills and experience in using BI tool. Able to work effectively in teams within department and cross function to achieve positive outcomes. Facilitation and leadership skills essential in driving consistent practices within department and cross function. Project skills to implement project smoothly and on time. Qualifications: Expert knowledge of trade compliance (STC), import/export, and regulatory compliance management in ASEAN/Pakistan. Bachelor degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of project management and Supply Chain operations experience in Hi-Tech industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply and demand planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics. Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system. Strong skills in MS Office and BI tool.
