Role & Responsibilities Scholarly Teaching: Delivering English Literature and Language to Year 7-11, with a specific focus on A-Level English Literature (Edexcel/OCR). You will lead seminars on literary criticism, from Post-Colonialism to Psychoanalytic theory. Debating & Rhetoric: Overseeing the school’s debating society and rhetoric workshops, coaching students for regional and national public speaking competitions. Bespoke Curriculum: Designing elective modules for the Sixth Form "Academic Enrichment" program on subjects such as Modernist Poetry or Shakespearean Tragedies.
