Tax Manager

Tax Manager A growing accounting and tax advisory practice in Miami is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to review complex returns and support a rapidly expanding tax team. Responsibilities: Review business & individual returns (1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040, 1041, 5471/5472, etc.) Prepare advanced returns and identify tax-saving opportunities Research complex issues and ensure full compliance Communicate directly with clients; explain technical matters clearly Mentor staff and support process improvements Help implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency Requirements: Active Florida CPA (required) MST preferred (Masters in Accounting accepted with strong tax background) 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience Strong technical skills, communication skills, and tax software proficiency Details: Schedule: 9 AM–6 PM (flexible), onsite only Comp: $130K–$160K base + bonus Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, flexible schedule Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
