Admissions Representative

. This person is the first point of contact for prospective new students who express interest in attending the Omega Studios’ School. Duties include:

● Recruiting new students

● Actively engaging with prospective students and parents to promote the Omega Studios’ School and its program offerings.

● Counseling students and parents regarding the admissions process

● Making presentations to student groups

● Representing the school at college fairs, school visits and information sessions

 This job includes following up on inquiries that result from the school marketing, and requires extended time making and receiving telephone calls, text messages and emails.
