Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Job Title: RN Supervisor

Location: Barre VT 05641

Duration: 13+ weeks

Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Shift Timing: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

NOTE: Wound certification Required

Summary:

In this role, you will lead and oversee nursing activities to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and assessing patient care, collaborating on effective care plans, and promptly addressing any concerns. Provide guidance, support, and resolution to staffing issues, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards for a secure care environment. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and staff performance. Facilitate effective communication among healthcare team members to ensure a seamless flow of information. Manage shifts efficiently by ensuring adequate staffing levels. Additionally, actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of patient care.

Qualifications:

·        Valid and current RN license.

·        Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or similar role.

·        Strong clinical and leadership skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
