Shisa is a community-based agency that operates Shisa House West Work Release Center in Tallahassee, Florida. The agency provides residential transitional and community-based mental health overlay services. We have over twenty (20) years of experience providing employability skills training, job development and job placement services, educational, substance abuse and disease reduction/health promotion services for at-risk populations.
