Commercial and Industrial Chiller - HVAC Service Field Supervisor We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Field Supervisor to lead our team of (12-15) field technicians in Raleigh, NC. You’ll oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, using your expertise in refrigeration, electrical schematics, and control systems to keep everything running smoothly. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has worked with larger unitary equipment—50 tons and up—as well as having both air-cooled and water-cooled chiller experience, which would be a huge plus.
# What You’ll Do:
- **Lead the Team**: Guide a group of HVAC technicians and apprentices, helping them grow through training and hands-on support.
- **Keep Things Safe**: Make sure the team follows safe work practices by sharing knowledge and setting a good example.
- **Be the Go-To Person**: Act as the bridge between the field crew and the office, and step in as the technical expert when the team needs help (or find the right resource for them).
- **Work with Customers**: Partner with sales on big accounts, handle contract turnovers, and be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service.
- **Support Growth**: Give regular feedback, coach technicians, and help with hiring, and annual reviews. Encourage their career goals and celebrate their wins.
- **Manage Resources**: Oversee team tools and equipment
- **Get Hands-On**: Jump in to do repairs, site surveys, or replacements when needed, and keep detailed records of your work.
- **Boost Sales**: Spot opportunities to promote our products and services, staying updated on what we offer through ongoing training.
- **Stay Compliant**: Follow federal, state, and local laws, ensuring we’re doing things the right way.
#### What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree or a certificate in HVAC (or similar).
- At least 10 years of Chiller/HVAC - heavy commercial HVAC experience.
- Strong leadership skills and a knack for solving problems.
- A team player who values safety, professionalism, and great customer service.
