Project & Claim Data Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to provide project management and claim analysis support. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining systems related to commitment, accruals, utilization, and claims, as well as verifying distributor claims to ensure compliance and accuracy. You will work closely with commercial and finance teams to support operational processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and update systems for budget commitments, accruals, utilization, and claims. 2. Verify distributor claims and ensure compliance with company policies and agreements. 3. Process and update financial and promotional data in ERP systems. 4. Handle ad-hoc requests from commercial finance teams and provide guidance on system usage. 5. Upload and validate monthly sales and customer data. 6. Prepare accurate reports and perform data checks to ensure data integrity. 7. Support analysis of promotional activities. Requirements: A. Minimum Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT/Finance, Management, or related field. B. Minimum Experience/Training Required: 1. Experience in data management, claim analysis, or project coordination is an advantage. Preferably >2-3y min. 2. Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools is preferred. 3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 4. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Skills: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. 2. Ability to work with large datasets and generate accurate reports. 3. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
