1. Effective onboarding of new and existing merchants for Food & Mart, including participation in onboarding campaigns. 2. Communicating and collaborating with the Key Account Manager, Strategy Ops, Legal, Payment, Finance and other verticals team for merchants related support. 3. Monitoring merchant devices and operational processes. 4. Supporting day-to-day BAU administrative processes. 5. Circulating agreements to merchants. 6. Ensure adherence to food safety incident and other operational standards. 7. Driving process improvement initiatives. 8. Other tasks as may be assigned. Requirements : 1. Minimum of 1.5 years of working experience. 2. Strong administrative skills with experience in handling merchant business processes. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Excel & Spreadsheet is must). 4. Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment. 5. Ability to coordinate across teams for complaint handling, onboarding, and activation processes. *Please submit your CV in English. Benefit; Basic Salary, BPJS
