Steel Sales (EPC)

Responsibilities • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, and develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and maximize profitability. • Approach and establish relationships with key decision-makers, including economic buyers, to drive business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Lead project discussions by delivering strategic insights aligned with industry and market trends to establish credibility and earn customer trust. • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships. • Work closely with cross-functional teams in HQ, including operation, supply chain, logistics, etc to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Qualifications : • At least Bachelor’s degree from any major. • Around 2-4 years of experience as Project Sales from EPC Industry. • Having wide network in Industrial Manufacture Company, such as Automotive, Machinery, Steel / Metal, Construction, etc. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing the big amount of deals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and explain the project details to the different customer levels. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Self learning and stay up to date with the latest trends of the industry. • Willing to do B2B Direct Selling with regular visit schedule. • Having valid driving license and willing to use personal vehicle for operational work.
