Storekeeper

The Forge Gastropub Bali is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the daily operations of the kitchen and bar through effective inventory control. Job Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and supplies - Maintain organized and clean storage areas - Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records - Issue items to departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation - Conduct regular stock-taking and report discrepancies - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and storage standards - Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team regarding deliveries and stock issues Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Familiar with inventory management systems and procedures - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
